New Way Trucking was founded in 2004 to provide trucking services in Western Canada. With 2 divisions, 150 trucks and trailer units, 180 drivers, 6 terminals in major cities in Western, Central, and Northern Canada, New Way Trucking Group is capable to provide all kind of trucking services (eq. Reefer, Dry, Heated, and LCV service). We have our own repair shops and road service vans in Calgary and Edmonton to respond to any break downs in timely manor.

Due to quality and customer driven vision, the company was set on a phenomenal path. Operations were added to cover almost all parts of western Canada and United States. Presently company is operating from Calgary, Edmonton, Surrey, Toronto, Northwest Territories, and Winnipeg. Calgary, Winnipeg and Edmonton are major terminals with company owned secure yards, offices and dedicated repair workshops. We are capable of providing trucking services with company owned reefers, dry vans, and heated vans. As mentioned above the company is specialized in LCV service in entire western Canada and some parts of United States. In addition to our own repair shops in Calgary and Edmonton, we have road service vans to respond to any break downs in timely manner.

The company is managed by persons having long managerial experience in the industry and they know the finer points to give the best possible service to our clientele.
• All highway trucks are equipped with GPS vehicle tracking systems.
• Safety supervisors are provided marked cars for monitoring of on road safety compliance by our drivers.

Driver Hiring: We have drawn a specific and clear profile of the driver which we hire and this profile includes:
• behavior
• skills
• experience.

This is ensured by screening applications for:
• 1 years work experience
• 5 years clean abstract
• spotless background check.

If a driver passes through rigorous driving test, then he is called for a hiring interview, where we look for the qualities of:
• work ethics
• commitment
• communication skills
• safety consciousness
• manners and
• ability to handle adversity .

Once he passes through all these stages then he is asked to attend 3 days orientation package where he is taught and tested for:
• company policies
• hours of service
• CVSA out of service criteria
• PDIC and
• Clients’ policies and SOPs.
